5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

6. Travel Insurance and Risk Acknowledgment

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, interruption, baggage loss, and emergency situations. Travel insurance is not included in our service fees unless specifically stated.

Adventure travel inherently involves certain risks, and you acknowledge that you participate in all activities at your own risk. We recommend that you carefully consider your physical fitness and health condition before booking adventure activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALBA INDUSTRIAL AS and Bullzilla Travel Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

We act as intermediaries between you and various travel service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of ALBA INDUSTRIAL AS or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

The Bullzilla Travel Agency name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ALBA INDUSTRIAL AS. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
